Just run the Rapidshadow.exe file in the folder and click "Search User's" it will come back with a list of usernames, (Note that not all the usernames it picks up are onthey are just common usernames).

Then click "Run crack" it will minimize to the bottom system tray, now just let it run, it picks up passwords of the net so there is no need for wordlists or passwordlists.
